  • Administered the areas of housekeeping, hotel maintenance, staff management, and front desk operations for 3 limited service properties.
  • Acted in a Project Manager capacity to complete a Property Improvement Plan for a 85 room Holiday Inn Express as per IHG Formula Blue Design Standards.
  • Responsibilities for PIP consist of: Requesting proposals from different FF&E manufactures, coordinating with architect, general contractor, and subcontractors to efficiently execute PIP.

Assistant Project Manager

  • Acted as the owners’ representative for a 161 room Holiday Inn Express conversion to a Fairfield Inn & Suites along with the addition of 27 water-facing all suite rooms.
  • Met with the general contractor on a weekly basis to ensure the project stayed on time and on budget.
  • Met with the corporate real estate team on a weekly basis to provide updates on both projects.
  • Utilized Procore construction management software to create an owners punch list to turn over renovated rooms to operations.
